Shipping within UAE:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over 200 AED.
  • Orders under 200 AED will be charged 15 AED.
  • Estimated delivery time within 2 working days
  • Cash on delivery option available with COD Fee of 9 AED. You can pay online by Card or Paypal without any fees.
  • Shipping address should include, Full Name, Complete Address, Mobile Number and Email Address.
  • Shipping to remote areas within UAE might take more than to 2 days to be delivered
  • VAT 5% will be added to all orders shipped within UAE

Shipping To KSA:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over 208 SAR
  • Orders under 208 SAR will be charged 57 SAR
  • Estimated delivery time between 5 to 7 working days
  • Cash on delivery option available with COD Fee of 18 SAR. You can pay online by Card or Paypal without any fees.
  • Shipping address should include, Full Name, Complete Address, Mobile Number and Email Address.
  • Shipping to remote areas within KSA might time longer time up to 8 working days.
  • VAT 15% will be added to all orders shipped to KSA

N.B.: Shipments to KSA may also be subject to customs fees or import fees. The customer will be responsible to pay such fees. If the order is not cleared by the customs and returned to Vtamino, customer will be charged the shipping fees and return fees and the balance amount will be refunded.

Shipping To Other GCC Countries:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over 55$
  • Orders under 55$ will be charged 15$
  • Estimated delivery time between 5 to 7 working days
  • Cash on delivery option available with COD Fee of 5$. You can pay online by Card or Paypal without any fees.
  • Shipping address should include, Full Name, Complete Address, Mobile Number and Email Address.
  • VAT of 5% will be added to all orders shipped to Oman, Bahrain & Qatar.

N.B.: Shipments to GCC countries may also be subject to customs fees or import fees. The customer will be responsible to pay such fees. If the order is not cleared by the customs and returned to Vtamino, customer will be charged the shipping fees and return fees and the balance amount will be refunded.

Shipping To The Rest of the World:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over 55$
  • Orders under 55$ will be charged 20$
  • Estimated delivery time between 5 to 10 working days
  • Only online payment option available by Card or Paypal without any fees.
  • Shipping address should include, Full Name, Complete Address, Mobile Number and Email Address.

N.B.: Shipments to some countries may also be subject to customs fees or import fees. The customer will be responsible to pay such fees (if existed). If the order is not cleared by the customs and returned to Vtamino, customer will be charged the shipping fees and return fees and the balance amount will be refunded.
